Workers well-being is a key factor in determining an organisation’s long-term effectiveness. 60% of employees say they’d feel more motivated and more likely to recommend their organisation as a good place to work if their employer took action to support mental wellbeing.

This course is mapped against Mind.org.uk advice on how to promote wellbeing in the workplace. Focussing on topics such as, why and how the organisation can promote wellbeing, the importance of involving the workforce in decision-making, how to gather feedback and encourage engagement.

You will create a strategy that leads to an open culture where mental health and wellbeing are paramount in your organisation and you will take away proven models and tools for tackling issues that arise in your organisation around mental health.


